Our client is actively interviewing for a highly qualified J2EE Developer to work as part of a team on the new development and ongoing enhancement of applications supporting multiple programs and projects to provide telecommunication support to Americans in rural areas through the management of the Universal Services Fund.

 

The key responsibilities include:

·         Ongoing support of critical business functions through the architecture, design, development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems;

·         Contribute software development expertise to multiple projects and ensure that specifications are met;

·         Architect, design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications;

·         Participate in peer-reviews;

·         Build and improve application framework; Research and recommend application development best practices;

·         Assist in establishing and improving software development standards and procedures;

Required Skills

·         Experience with PL/SQL, enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, Financial Systems.

·         Experience with Oracle Access Manager (COREid); Single-sign-on.

·         Expert knowledge of application security concepts and networking and system engineering concepts.

·         Strong understanding of the software project management concepts;

·         Exposure to the concepts of enterprise architecture.

The SharePoint Developer will help implement an intranet portal that organizes enterprise information and provides convenient, single-point access to major third-party information systems, management tools, business intelligence capabilities, and enterprise content management capabilities.

Job description:

This role requires specific knowledge in designing, engineering, implementing and maintaining Data Integration systems using Informatica ETL infrastructure.

Specific job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
